Commercial Photography License:
Highlight the unique space of your property. Property photography includes standard wide angle shots of the entire space as well as dialed in detail shots that set your space apart from all the others. If your space has a view we'll capture that with telephoto lenses when needed. A combination of elements from real estate, architecture, interior design and lifestyle photography are used to draw out the desire for each individual space.
Photos come with standard license use for personal, business, or commercial purposes. Photographer retains ownership unless otherwise agreed upon.
How does Commercial License Pricing work
Single Party Commercial Photo Licensing:
• Creative Fee + $50 license fee per image
Cost Sharing Commercial Photo Licensing:
• 2 Party Share: Creative Fee + 30% Surcharge, $50 license fee per image
• 3 Party Share: Creative Fee + 2(30%) Surcharge, $50 license fee per image
Terms and Conditions:
• All photos will be delivered in high resolution.
• Editing and retouching included in the quoted price.
• Delivery timeline: 1 - 3 weeks after shoot date
• Payment terms: Payment due upon receipt of photos
• Cost-Sharing Terms: Each party agrees before shoot, each party receives photos, once client directs the shoots, one client provides retouching feedback, one client pays for entire shoot.
This license grants non-exclusive, unlimited commercial use rights with no time limitation. The photographs may be utilized in print, online, film/TV, advertising, and other media formats. Minor modifications such as cropping and subtle color adjustments are permissible to meet printing or advertising requirements. No further alterations to the finished photographs are permitted. The client is not authorized to sublicense the photographs to any other party.
